Michael Carroll, PE, CEM brings over 18 years of electrical engineering experience to Cavalry Engineering. Michael has wide ranging expertise spanning power distribution, emergency power, lighting, medium voltage systems, low voltage design, fire alarm, SCADA, instrumentation and control, short circuit analysis and communications systems. His background spans across many sectors including industrial, municipal, healthcare, commercial, residential, and public work design/build projects. His agency experience includes: NYCDEP, NYS OGS, NYPA, DCAS, NYC SCA, NYCHA, and Nassau and Suffolk County Department of Public Works.
Michael’s skill set includes design, QA/QC, inspections, renewable energy applications, and electrical related construction management services.

Pablo Rodriguez, PE founded Cavalry Engineering. (CE) in 2019 because he saw a need and an opportunity for high quality engineering work. Pablo created CE with the discipline from his military training as a US Army combat engineer soldier, experience as an engineer and a project manager in various highly respected Long Island Consulting Firms. With over 15 years of experience in public and private building construction and civil engineering projects, Pablo has assembled a professional team that will deliver quality service and positive results.
